Scope of work.
Full ADA Title III audit + remediation OR greenfield builds with accessibility baked in. We avoid overlay widgets (accessiBe, UserWay) because they do not stop lawsuits and have been found non-compliant in federal court.
Deliverables: semantic HTML foundation, ARIA only where needed, keyboard-only navigation testing, NVDA + JAWS + VoiceOver screen reader validation, color-contrast verification, focus-visible indicators, skip links, alt text on every meaningful image.
Pricing
$1,997 - $9,997
Audit-only: $1,997. Audit + remediation: $4,997-$9,997 depending on site size. New builds: ADA compliance included in standard pricing.
FAQ.
Are overlay widgets like accessiBe compliant?
No. Multiple federal court rulings have established that overlay-only sites do not meet ADA Title III. We refuse to use them.
What is the difference between ADA and Section 508?
ADA applies to public-facing businesses. Section 508 applies to federal agencies and federal contractors. Both reference WCAG 2.x standards.
Do you provide a VPAT?
Yes. VPAT 2.5 INT format documenting conformance with each WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion.
How do I know if my site is at risk?
Run WAVE (wave.webaim.org) or axe DevTools. 5+ critical violations = real lawsuit risk in any state.
