Why are quotes fixed instead of hourly?

Hourly billing pushes the risk of scope estimation onto you. A fixed quote pushes that risk onto me, which is where it belongs. I quote what I think the scope is worth, you decide if it earns the work. If the scope changes mid build, we agree on a delta up front, not after the invoice lands.

Is the audit really free?

Yes. Three to five specific revenue impacting fixes, written up as a PDF, sent within 48 hours of you sending me a URL. Whether or not you engage, you keep the audit. I treat it as a sales tool that happens to also be a deliverable.

Do you take a deposit?

Demo first, pay after. I ship a working demo at a temporary subdomain before any payment is due. Once you approve the demo, the invoice fires. No partial deposits, no design phase billing, no surprise change orders.

How do you take payment?

Square Invoice for credit cards and ACH. Net-15 terms available for engagements over $5,000. Federal contracts via SAM.gov payment workflow. No PayPal, no Zelle, no crypto.

What if my project doesn't fit a tier?

Send the brief. Tiers are reference points, not boxes. Most engagements come in between $597 and $11,997 with line item adds for federal scope, custom integrations, or special compliance. You always see the full quote before agreeing.

Is hosting included?

Accepted Answer

First 30 days of hosting on owned infrastructure is included with every build. After that you can stay on the same infrastructure for $20 / month, or take your build to any host you prefer. Everything is hand coded static HTML or Astro/Next builds, no platform lock in.

Can the monthly program be paused?

Accepted Answer

Cancel anytime, no retainer, no notice period. Resume later at the same rate. The monthly program is opt in by month. Most clients run it for 3 to 6 months while indexing matures, then drop to ad hoc maintenance.
