Privacy

Your information stays tied to the work you request.

This page explains what ThatDeveloperGuy collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Last updated September 7, 2026.

Information you choose to send

Contact, lead, newsletter, and audit forms may collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, website URL, company, project needs, and message. That information is used to answer the request, prepare requested work, prevent abuse, and maintain the resulting business relationship.

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, medical information, or other sensitive credentials through a website form.

Technical and analytics information

The web server records ordinary request and security information such as timestamp, requested path, IP address, browser user agent, response status, and referral data. These records support delivery, security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

Google Analytics 4 is configured with Consent Mode. Analytics storage is denied by default; Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals before consent, and analytics cookies are enabled only after you accept analytics. This site does not enable advertising storage through the consent banner. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals on protected forms to distinguish people from automated abuse.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is used to operate the site, respond to inquiries, deliver requested services, measure site performance, and protect the service. It is not sold. It may be handled by service providers that support email, analytics, form protection, or infrastructure, or disclosed when required by law.

Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, accounting, contractual obligations, and applicable law. Access is limited to the operator and necessary service providers.

Your privacy choices

You can reject non-essential analytics in the consent banner. The site honors Global Privacy Control by keeping analytics storage denied. You can also clear the tdg_consent local-storage choice and the tdg_optout cookie in your browser to reset your selection.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email admin@thatdeveloperguy.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or accounting reasons.

Links to external platforms are governed by those platforms' own policies. This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
