Who is Heritage Hardwood Floors?

The business has served the Fayetteville, Rogers, Bentonville, and Springdale region since 2010 with a portfolio of residential and commercial projects across the Ozarks.
Heritage Hardwood Floors is a flooring contractor serving homeowners and general contractors across Northwest Arkansas. Services span installation, refinishing, sanding, staining, and custom inlays. The business runs on referrals plus local search, which means the website and the Google Business Profile need to line up.
What was the situation at kickoff?
The brand had two web surfaces with conflicting NAP information, no schema, no structured project gallery, and weak Google Business Profile alignment. Prospects searching for a contractor in the area found the competitors first. The two surfaces also created duplicate content signals that suppressed both.
The starting point was a thin marketing site that did not carry the project gallery the business actually had. Prospective clients could not see the work. The Google Business Profile and the website disagreed on hours, categories, and service area. Schema was absent.
What tier coverage was deployed?
A Professional Plus build at $1,497 one time shipped a 33 file enterprise rebuild. T1 Foundation, T4 Entity and Authority, T5 Local Domination, and T6 Content and Authority were rolled into the build. Schema depth is enterprise grade including Service, Project, FAQPage, and ImageObject across the project gallery.
A 33 file enterprise build covered structure. Engine Optimization coverage included T1 Foundation, T4 Entity and Authority, T5 Local Domination, and T6 Content and Authority.
How was the architecture approached?
Source of truth NAP unified to a single canonical record. The Squarespace surface remained as the brand front while the static site was deployed at a sister domain with full schema, an aeo.json export, and an image sitemap. Project schema was added to every gallery entry, linking each project to its industry entity and geographic area served.
The 33 file structure broke the site into service pages, a project gallery with individual project detail pages, a dedicated maintenance guide, a quote request flow, and a credentials block. Every project page carries Image schema and Place schema so that the work is discoverable by geographic search. The Google Business Profile was reconciled so that categories, hours, services, and photos match the site exactly, which gives Google consistent signals across both surfaces.
What results emerged?
Google Business Profile traffic increased after NAP unification and review schema rollout. Project gallery pages began ranking for long tail queries like hardwood refinishing in specific Northwest Arkansas neighborhoods. Crawlers index the schema reliably and the site surfaces in AI assisted search for flooring contractor questions in the region.
The project gallery is the primary conversion asset. Prospective clients see the work, read the process, request a quote. Google Business Profile alignment lifted map pack ranking inside the service area. Direct leads from organic search grew.
What comes next?
T3 AI Domination is scheduled to push citation density in ChatGPT and Perplexity for flooring queries. T5 Local Domination expands to additional Ozarks municipalities. The project gallery will integrate before and after sliders with schema attribution to maintain ImageObject coverage.
Next phase layers T3 AI Domination so that prospective homeowners asking ChatGPT for a Northwest Arkansas flooring contractor see Heritage Hardwood Floors in the answer set.
